1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SUPERSHORTLINK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Publisher Accounts & Eligibility

To participate as a publisher, you must be at least 18 years old and own or have explicit permission to monetize the traffic you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Traffic Quality Requirements

All traffic must originate from legitimate, non-bot sources. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to monitor traffic quality. Any suspicious activity may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Traffic must comply with industry standards and our quality guidelines.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

Publishers earn revenue based on valid traffic delivered. Minimum withdrawal threshold must be met before requesting a payout. All payments are processed within 7-30 business days depending on payment method. We reserve the right to withhold payments if account verification or compliance issues exist.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in click fraud, generate fake traffic, use automated tools to artificially inflate metrics, or attempt to manipulate earnings. Prohibited activities include traffic from incentive sites, hidden redirects, or misrepresented traffic sources. Violations result in permanent account termination.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, all earned but unpaid revenue may be forfeited. You may appeal suspension decisions within 30 days of notice.
