Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the types of traffic, content, and activities that are prohibited on the SUPERSHORTLINK platform. Our goal is to protect the integrity of our platform, safeguard the interests of advertisers, and ensure high-quality traffic that benefits all parties. By using our services, you agree to comply with these guidelines and understand that violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Traffic Sources

Publishers may not use the following traffic sources: automated tools, scripts, bots, or any software designed to generate artificial traffic; paid-to-click services, traffic exchange networks, or incentive-based websites where users are rewarded for clicks; hidden iframes, forced pop-ups, pop-unders, or misleading redirects that do not require genuine user interaction; adult content websites (unless explicitly authorized in writing); websites distributing pirated content, illegal downloads, or copyrighted material without permission.

3. Prohibited Traffic Types

The following traffic types are strictly prohibited: bot traffic, including automated crawlers and non-human visitors; bulk traffic originating from data center IP addresses or hosting providers; traffic routed through VPN or proxy servers for the purpose of inflating metrics (legitimate user VPN usage is acceptable); repeated visits from the same user within short time periods indicating artificial inflation; fraudulent clicks, self-clicking, or any attempt to generate clicks from your own devices or network.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not place our redirect links on pages containing: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child pornography, or any sexually suggestive content involving minors — zero tolerance policy; violent content, hate speech, terrorism propaganda, or content promoting discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics; malware distribution, viruses, phishing pages, or any malicious software designed to harm users; promotion of illegal drugs, unregulated pharmaceuticals, weapons sales, or other illegal goods and services.

5. Compliance Requirements

All publishers must meet the following requirements: you must own or have explicit legal permission to monetize all traffic sources you use; your website privacy policy must disclose the use of redirect links and third-party advertising services; you must comply with all applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy laws; you may not use deceptive practices, false advertising, or misleading user interface elements to trick users into clicking links; you must obtain proper user consent where required by law before processing personal data.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

We actively monitor traffic quality using advanced fraud detection systems and machine learning algorithms. Violations of this policy will result in immediate action: first offense typically results in a warning notice and temporary traffic suspension; repeated violations or serious offenses may lead to account suspension for review; severe violations, including child safety issues or malicious activity, result in permanent account termination with forfeiture of all unpaid balances. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payments for fraudulent traffic at any time.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, including fraudulent traffic, prohibited content, or other suspicious activity on our platform, please report it immediately to our abuse team at abuse@suprshortlink.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Confidentiality of reporters will be maintained to the extent permitted by law.
